About Us

DC Construction & Woodwork is a fully licensed and insured General Building Contractor since 1997.   The owner, Dale Chapman, has a BS in engineering and has worked as a permit reviewer for many years.  He grew up in a family of General Contractors  and has a lifetime of hands on experience in building construction including project design & management, framing, cabinet building, custom woodwork, and tile.

In 1997 Dale decided to turn in his cubicle for a tool belt in order to satisfy his desire to be involved in both design and hands on construction phases of building.  

Because of his love for older homes especially the intricate  woodwork of the Craftsman and Victorian styles, he has grown to specialize in the renovation and restoration of older historic & period style homes.

Weather a simple bath remodel or a large addition We can take your project from concept to finished product. We prepare all necessary drawings & specifications in house. We obtain all necessary permits & approvals, preform management, supervision & most phases of construction in house.
