Finishing your basement is the most cost effective way to increase the finished living space of your home. Most new homes in Utah are sold with unfinished basements and most older homes have shelf basements that can be converted to useful living space. If you need more living space it makes sense to finish the basement first before considering a move or an addition.

DC Construction & Woodwork is a Design - build company. We have been finishing basements in the Salt Lake City / Park City area since 1997 and are familiar with the building code requirements specific to basement finishing.

Our custom Designs include evaluation of required egress exits, natural lighting &, ventilation requirements, furnace capacity (for the additional living space), Lighting & ventilation design. We can help answer any of your remodeling questions and we offer free estimates & consultations.
