We offer Drafting and design services and are familiar with the special issues involved in obtaining permits & project approvals for projects inside and outside areas designated as historic by the Utah Heritage Foundation.

Because we are a small company and because we specialize in quality custom work, we do most of the labor in-house. This gives us much more control over project scheduling, duration, work quality and the amount of traffic on your property.  It also means that we can offer much more personalized service since the company owner and/or the project supervisor will be on site at all times.

With technical degrees in building trades, engineering and years of  experience in historic home remodeling we can certainly help in the design, permitting and /or  construction phase of your project.
